A Pure White Page in Your Book of Life Symbolizing the past year as though it had been a giant lighted candle which now, at the close of 1958, has transmuted most of its substance into the light it has radiated, I know that each of you, beloved chelas, is already looking hopefully toward the newly-lighted “candle” of the year 1959. As this New Year dawns, its new “candle” will be lighted by the Great Lord of Life from the flame of the “old” upon his sacred altar. As the flame of his divine fire of love early that day touches the wick (representing “hope”) of the new “candle,” that flame will reveal a pure white page in your book of life, as well as in those personal books of life of every lifestream embodied here! To all who are willing to accept the vision, this lighted page of the coming New Year offers every living soul new opportunities of divine love and hope, freely permitting each one to make thereof a “cornucopia-like” expansion of joy and peace in the practical use of all God’s good, or, just the reverse—imposing upon those sheets of pure light-essence the shadows of discord which produce distress of mind, body, emotions, and affairs. Of course, we all understand that the cause of all human distress primarily comes about through the thoughtless and discordant use of life; through the release of thought, feeling, spoken Word and deed, as well as by the careless use of God’s name—the creative Word “I AM.” At the very beginning of this year, when hope’s vision of health, happiness, and abundance of all good is obediently and expectantly awaiting fulfillment for each one, accept as being active for you now my decree—given with the loving confidence of the ascended host in the quick fulfillment thereof, that this year may practically bring into outer manifestation for each one all of the dreams, aspirations and constructive desires—especially for those of mankind who care enough about the welfare of the masses to serve our “Cause”—endeavoring to love life free from the many unfortunate impositions of distress which it has endured so long. From Shamballa, in the glory of this majestic dawn of 1959 (which is so full of promise for God’s will to manifest to, for and through all men), I salute (and thereby permanently expand) your very own Christ-light. As the temple bells ring out this New Year’s Day from our City of Light (Shamballa—over the Gobi Desert) their message is the joyful revealing to all the earth of the Father’s gift of divine forgiveness! His forgiveness is not only a giving of the light-substance of his love in the place of all human shadows, but a complete forgetfulness of those shadows as well. As you have been told, at the close of each year between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day, the mercy of the Great Cosmic Law always allows a certain tremendous “mass” purification of earth’s evolutions and atmosphere—the transmuting of all unintentional mistakes made during the past year. This is a “mass” forgiveness—freely offered and permitted, irrespective of mankind’s conscious call therefor. In this way is so much energy set free which, unintentionally, had been imprisoned in discord—thus enabling the New Year to have a fresh beginning, with much greater opportunity for the quicker fulfillment of God’s great plan of perfection. Is it not written: “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God...” and is it not also written: “My grace (the use of the violet fire) is sufficient for thee...”? Beloved ones, you who now desire to be radiant beams from the immortally beautiful lighthouse of freedom’s divine friendship to earth’s evolutions, accept my gift to you today—for it is real! It is a literal flooding forth into your world from mine of the golden substance of my feelings of God-peace. This will quiet your worlds of all the chaos of the human—if you will accept it rhythmically each day. Then, expanding that golden substance out through your worlds into the worlds of all mankind, through the earth and its atmosphere (for all life is one)—my peace shall first still and then transmute the energies of those restless and unhappy “forces,” the radiations from which create a pressure of attempted opposition to light’s service and its constant expansion. As you know, if allowed to remain and expand in the world of form, the radiations of such shadowed “forces” do much to delay, at least, the flowering of life’s divinity from the bud thereof—which “budding divinity” abides within each beating heart. This “flower” is the lotus of God’s pure love which should be allowed to reveal and express itself right here in your outer world of form, through the consciousness of those who have allowed themselves to be illumined thereby. You see, dear hearts—there is only one way of life—God’s way—the “Way of (the) I AM”—walking the path of love in the light thereof. This is the true “middle way”—the perfect balance at all times of the expressions of the “inner spirit” and its outer expression, keeping the attention ever upon the fulfillment of one’s divine plan. In my day I found the wisdom and the manifestations of perfection which are produced by this “walking of the middle way.” This “Way” I walked, as, later, did the beloved Jesus and, of course, did all the ascended host who now permanently abide in our realms of light. As present Lord of the World, from the beautiful etheric city where I abide (Shamballa—City of Light) this New Year’s Day I make the sincere call to the Holy Christ Selves of all belonging to earth’s evolutions still unascended—in or out of embodiment: especially to those unascended brothers and sisters of the light who are our conscious chelas, serving the Great White Brotherhood in the world of form. I call your individual Holy Christ Selves to bring about from the outer self (personality) a re-dedication and re-consecration of your gracious gift of love and loyalty to the light and its “cause” of world freedom; daily expressing all through this year as the alert grasping of every opportunity which presents itself, through which the conscious knowledge of our reality, love and willingness to help can be expanded to the masses of the people. Such true consecration (without mental or emotional reservations of or for the self) enables us actually to form a body of Christ-light (God-in-action) made up of the life energies of our chelas—right here in the physical appearance world—such as has never been known upon this planet in thousands of years. This we need to be able quickly to perform the Christ-work of producing in outer physical manifestation—the seemingly “miraculous” healings of mind, body, and affairs. Such victorious accomplishments would create a mighty God-magnet of his invincible love which would draw the attention of all life here back to its own God-perfection again. May this glorious (and as yet untouched) New Year of 1959 bring about a transcendent illumination of God love and insatiable desire for his peace to all nations, so that our blessed Saint Germain may be able practically to show forth the glory of his freedom and, in answer to my constant call—establish God-peace in permanent possession of all the earth—therein, thereon and in its atmosphere! In the name of the Great White Brotherhood, accept today the simplicity but great reality of this message to you and let .our love freely flow through you—thus manifesting God’s will of all good to all the world. Vol. 1 No. 20 - Jesus Christ - Christmas 1958 THE SUMMIT LIGHTHOUSE OF FREEDOM Charges Forth Herewith Its Radiant Beams Which Manifest As “PEARLS OF WISDOM” To Our Gracious Readers Dedicated to Love’s Service the World Around— Our Beloved Jesus Speaks: My Gift to You of My Own Understanding of Life and Its Victorious Consciousness Blessed Hearts of Love, My personal Christmas gift to you this year is my own under­standing of Life and its victorious con­sciousness. This, of course, is the supreme power of the Godhead that overcomes all appearances and conditions of this world. It is God’s will for you, and certainly my earnest desire, that you too should possess this God-understanding, this God-consciousness, of your true being. The comparatively simple life experienced by your forefathers has given way today to a much more complex organi­zation, called by some “modern” society. Most scien­tists and teachers as well as the scholars of the day believe that life on earth has changed greatly, especially during the last few decades. And so it would appear to the outer-sense conscious­ness of mankind. Now let us see if this is really so! Right here and now I ask you to still your outer self, becoming as quiet as you can in body, mind, and feelings. Then direct your attention to my All-Light form (i.e., the Electronic Presence of the Master), which I place in the atmosphere above you even as you read my words. Do me the honor of letting me give to you my own victorious consciousness over everything of this world and my feelings of joy in so doing. If you will really do this you will begin to realize what I mean when I say that nothing in this world has really changed insofar as its inherent nature is concerned. You will also realize the exact meaning within this gem of truth: The I AM is the same yester­day and today and forever. The inherent meaning is continuity of being through the Presence of God with us throughout all time and space and eternity. Therefore you, too, can say, “The I AM THAT I AM of me, my own Great God Self, is the same yesterday and today and forever: therefore the I AM that I am here below (the Real Me who I AM, as Above, so below) being the soul sent forth as the reflection of that Great God Self, is also the same yesterday and today and forever. And when my soul is become the bride of my Holy Christ Self in the alchemical marriage, then it will be said of me, as it is said of my Elder Brother: ‘Jesus Christ, the same yesterday and today and forever!’” Some of you are familiar with the working of the iris of the eye; just as the shutter of a camera admits more or less light to register on the film, so the iris expands to admit more light to the retina. Now, has anything really changed by the mere opening and closing of a shutter, or the iris, to admit more light? Surely not! So it is when there is an opening of the shutter of your consciousness; you permit yourself to now behold what was there all the time, simply waiting for your decision to open your eyes and see by the greater light you allow into field of vision. Take electricity, for example; it is but one channel, shall we say, for the release of God’s energy. Once it was “rediscovered” in this century (as it had been used in other times), once it was accepted and used, it became and still is a blessing to your “modern” world. However, electricity has always been. And the fact that for many centuries mankind were unaware of its existence does not mean that electricity ceased to be, nor does it mean that the scientific principles governing its use have ever changed. However, when electricity was harnessed for mankind’s use, in most cases appearances in the physical world did change for the better because people had a more illumined sense of their surroundings. Then, too, has not the gift of electricity shed more light upon the world? And along with it has not the mind become more en­lightened? You see, one’s attention has much to do with the expansion of consciousness. One’s awareness of life corresponds to the focus of one’s attention and upon who and what that attention is fixed. One may enter a garden and, being interested in a single rose, he may fix his attention so powerfully on that rose that he will see nothing else; whereas another may enter the garden and see it all at a glance taking in the whole rather than a part by the mere adjustment of the lens of the eye and mind. Thus the attention-what one wants to know or doesn’t want to know-deter­mines what one sees in life. Thus it is my victorious consciousness and feeling about Life that I desire so much to give you today. I would have you have it for your constant practical use until you attain your own soul’s ascension into the Light of the I AM THAT I AM. This is the same victorious consciousness and feeling I used in my final incarnation of the Word whereby I overcame the world! And just such a victorious overcoming as was mine is the divine destiny of every lifestream belonging to earth’s evolutions still unascended. Therefore, regardless of present appearances to the contrary, please believe me when I say that this victory is possible for everyone! And it is much more than merely possible for you, beloved ones, who are reading my words and who have the opportunity of consciously accepting the radiation of my Light, which I shall continue to release through this worded matrix to all who will ever read my message. “Be still and know that I AM God” and that the I AM of me-the same yesterday and today and forever-is able to raise each one to his own Christ Self, crying, “Abba, Father.” This Light that I pour through my words into the waiting chalice of your attention is my very Life, my very Consciousness! Take, eat, for this is my Body and my Blood. <1> And thus I, Jesus, serve Holy Communion to my own. Inasmuch as I have ascended to the heart of the Master Presence of All Life (as you, too, shall one day do if you set your sights upon ascension’s goal), if you accept this Master Presence that I have become and if you will accept it with my victorious conscious­ness and feeling that I impart to you now, you will begin to realize the promises of God for your lifestream each and every day of the rest of your life--for I, Jesus, decree it so. Following your initial acceptance of the Master Presence of all Life that I AM, you must give a few moments of acknowledgment daily, wherein you reconfirm your acceptance, by your own victorious consciousness and feeling, of my Master Presence with you. Then claim that Presence as your own with these powerful words that I shall affirm with you: By the victorious consciousness and feeling of the Ascended Master Jesus Christ and my own beloved Holy Christ Self, I AM the Resurrection and the Life of the Master Presence of All Life within me! And I AM giving conscious acceptance of the Light of Jesus the Christ, which is his very Life and Consciousness and which my Elder Brother is pouring into my waiting chalice now! And I accept all that HE IS, and all that I AM, yesterday and today and forever, fulfilled in my victorious overcoming--my soul’s ascension in the Light of the I AM THAT I AM! If you will do this each day as you love all life free through my Sacred Heart, I, Jesus, promise you that my Light will constantly expand in, through and around your entire consciousness, being, and world until it has made you like me, the Master Presence of All Life. “Know ye not that a little leaven [of the Bread of Life] leaveneth the whole lump?” Remember always that the way of Victory and the way of Life is the way of the I AM! And I, Jesus, declare unto you that I AM that Way, that Truth and that Life, for I am that I AM! And so you shall be. I decree it. You see, the I AM is the individualized God Presence of each lifestream. And that I AM Presence is the Victory by its very nature! The Presence can never know anything but that Victory. For the I AM is of too pure eyes to behold or to contain iniquity (inequity or imbalance). And so your eternal victory is already yours, it always has been, and always shall be-the same yesterday and today and forever! For it is your divine birthright! It is that which you really are! The Real You has never changed! Your human appearances have changed as you have made your entrances and your exits on the stage of life, and your expressions have altered from day to day but the Truth of your Immortal God-Free Being remains the same. Therefore your victory is not something for which you need laboriously strive; for now you have the application of the merciful violet transmuting flame, which has been given to you so freely and lovingly (through the sponsorship of Saint Germain) for your limitless use, “without money and without price.” Today by the grace of the violet flame, that is always ready and willing to serve you at your earnest call, you have a much easier road to travel back Home than many others who trod the spiritual path before you have had. Now you can be free from your karma so much more quickly if you will continue daily to purify your worlds to the best of your ability by the use of the violet flame. Then be sure to direct your energies constructively as you release them through thought, feeling, spoken word and deed; and hold to the under­standing and the accep­tance that my victorious conscious­ness and feeling is really yours. It is God’s will for you that you have this glad, free gift of the full-gathered momentum of my victory. Therefore accept it right now for the restoration of your world to the original pattern of your perfect being, which is the Victory; for the I AM of you and of everyone who will so accept it is that Victory. The Father, the I AM THAT I AM, never changes! How strange it is that unascended mankind find this principle of victory and of the soul’s victorious overcoming too simple, either to understand or to accept. Victory is simply being. Therefore the Victory of being is allowing your I AM Presence in its full perfection (remember, the Light of your I AM Presence is pouring into your outer form through the crystal cord with every heartbeat) to express God’s Victory here below, untouched by the misconceptions and shadowed thoughts and feelings of your outer self. That outer self as a rule does not cognize the Truth but builds its concepts and opinions from the impressions it receives, which in turn are registered in the etheric body (the memory world). Victory, I say again, is simply being that which I AM and that which you really are! Believe with me and know that you can express the holiness (whole-“I”-ness) of your own “I” AM Presence. Is this not simple? But it is so powerful. For many a Christmas on this dear earth how very much have Christians overlooked this present possibility for individual Christ victory! Recently, in speaking about our Summit Lighthouse activity, someone spoke of the “rays” from our Lighthouse as being the “raise,” or the “raising” of all life. That is exactly what this activity is meant to be--a raising of the consciousness of all life upon this dear earth into its God-destiny. Only God’s Life, Light and Love are eternal. As has been said so often, these three are synonymous. And all three are the manifestation of Christ Truth within you. Therefore, if only Divine Truth is released by those who serve The Summit Lighthouse and if that service is given in Divine Love, then by cosmic law the expanding, multiplying power of the angels will increase this activity not only in numbers but also in Light’s magnitude until it becomes a real Ascended Master channel for limitless good to flow to all the world. Then will the Lighthouse be seen by all, even as we see it now, “a city set on a hill, that cannot be hid . . .” Let us say here that the hill represents the Rock of Truth upon which The Summit Lighthouse is founded; and the light rays that pour forth from its tower of faith are the Love-emanations of the Presence of God that deliver the healing Truth to all life. We judge by the effectiveness of a work, not by its size, particularly in its beginning. This Summit Lighthouse activity offers its blessings freely to all. Those who at this time seem unable to understand either its purpose or its message as well as those who will not accept its service-all receive its blessings freely given. And those whose love of self exceeds their love of divine harmony and of loving cooperation with our Messenger and staff to fulfill the Darjeeling Council’s divine plan for the organization are likewise blessed. Now let me bless you and your world by flooding the atmosphere around you with the purifying and peace-giving fragrance of the rose (which symbolizes the chela on the Path) and with the fragrance of pine (which is the powerful essence of the Guru’s protective substance). As I bless you, our gracious readers, as your attention is upon me today, I also expand this gift of my loving solicitude for your victory and freedom in the Light to reach the worlds of all souls of Light this Christmastide and throughout the new year. No. 19 - Saint Germain - December 19, 1958 Communion with the Three Wise Men and the Sealing of the Chelas in Saint Germain’s Purple Fiery Heart by Saint Germain “Merge Consciousness with that of the Three Wise Men” To our gracious readers dedicated to love’s service to the World Around– Our Beloved Saint Germain Speaks Most lovingly do I greet your dear spirits as they meet with mine in the turning of your attention (which is your life) to my words herein. With my own I bring you the loving greetings of all the ascended ones who are serving with us in the freeing of your dear earth today. These greetings are not just words but take the form of an actual release of our life-essence into your individual worlds; they are the vital fires of our Divine Love and the gathered momentums of some specialized God-virtue of perfection that enabled us to achieve our personal ascension in the Light. As one of those so privileged to have been a part of that first Christmas, I turn my thoughts, as that season returns each year, to the old, old and yet ever-new pageant of that God-event: the birth of the Christ Child. The true Christmas story, however, is far more than a mere pageant. It always brings a vibrant, ever-living exaltation of spirit to any and all who will humbly and gratefully take a few moments to fix their attention upon the realization of its symbology; for the Christmas story must one day take place for every one of the presently unascended children of Light of earth. Christmas, and each succeeding celebration of the Christ Mass, is the conscious release of the Christ-nature of and through the supplicant into visible, tangible expression within the heart. Allowing the Christ-self to radiate its full power of masterful Divine Love through the outer form and consciousness (personality), the soul, one with that Christ-self, lifts and raises all it contacts. Thus is the Word, the I AM THAT I AM, become flesh, and thus it does dwell among us! <1> It is particularly important that you allow this Christ-release, that is most powerfully accessible at winter solstice, to be made manifest in your lives, beloved chelas, even as it is fundamental that by the continuous daily use of the violet transmuting flame you keep on keeping on in the purifying of your worlds until that Holy Christ Self (abiding within the immortal threefold flame of Truth within your beating heart) stands forth visible and tangible to all who look upon you. Then shall you be known by your works, as was the beloved Jesus, and not by words alone. <2> Then shall your outer self become a divine magnet to draw into our light whom you can so mightly assist. The Three Wise Men–all of whom are now ascended: Melchior, beloved Morya; Balthazar, beloved Kuthumi; and Caspar, beloved Djwal Kul, better known perhaps as “the Tibet­an”–were those illumined lifestreams who followed the still, small voice within, the promptings of their Inner Christ Presence. This divine wisdom drew them, each one, from their comfortable and accustomed abodes in various parts of the Orient to embark upon a solitary journey through dangerous and bandit-infested mountain passes and lonely desert wastes until they converged at the same place at the same (right) time. They came not only to pay loving homage to beloved Jesus, who was to become the King of kings–that is, the key to the incarnation of the Word who is God–of the Piscean age but also to give certain necessary spiritual radiations which were to bless the Holy Family at that and a later time. Although the Wise Men brought their costly as well as symbolical physical gifts, far more important were their gifts of subtle and unseen radiations which they, as masterful instruments, delivered from God on high to our newborn Son, the radiations of the Holy Trinity–and of Faith, Hope and Charity. In addition they bestowed upon him the full-gathered momentums of the Good of their own causal bodies, which they then freely offered to the Christ, Jesus (i.e., the Holy Christ Self of Jesus)–that he might later use in his magnificent ministry to all life. The enigmatical star of the East was a focus of the Light of beloved Jesus’ own I AM Presence, which manifested at his birth as a star made visible to the sight of those on earth. It acknowledged the coming of Jesus’ lifestream into physical embodiment, thus allowing his tremendously illumined consciousness to blaze its Light into the hearts and minds and souls of all the evolutions of this world. As that Light increased ever more powerfully throughout his early years and then expanded with Christic intensity through his glorious ministry, it permanently raised not only mankind and the elemental life evolving here but even the atomic substance of the planet itself into a better and more en-Light-ened way of life. It is an axiom of cosmic law that one becomes that upon which his attention is fixed. Knowing this, let our conscious chelas be willing to give a little time each day, especially during the Christmas season, to the contemplation not only of the coming of Jesus’ life­stream into the world but also to the coming of those selfless, faith-filled and willingly obedient sponsors of the Christ Child in him and all Sons of God, the Magi. In so doing let our chelas in such union of thought and feeling, their eyes fixed one-pointedly upon the star of their own beloved I AM Presence, actually merge their con­sciousness with that of the ascended Jesus Christ and the Three Wise Men now ascended. This communion with the saints will do much to hasten the eternal victory of each one who is willing to enter their wise dominion of consciousness applied to daily affairs. Today I am calling to our beloved Holy Amethyst, twin flame of beloved Zadkiel, Archangel of the violet fire, to flood your entire beings and worlds now and all ways with her feeling of that forgiving, healing love which is the very nature of the violet fire itself which she truly embodies. Moreover, today my own beloved Portia, Goddess of Justice, and I seal each one of you within a beautiful and sizeable focus of our purple fiery heart, the thoughtform and symbol of our heart chakras which we often use when assisting our chelas. You may abide in this purifying, protective focus of the auric emanations of our masterful love until the victory of your ascension is complete. Living therein, you will experience more and more divine justice in your worlds, enhanced by your daily violet flame decrees transmuting the karma of all injustice, and you will enjoy complete freedom from the unjust, hence unnecessary, distresses of the human consciousness. Thus shall your way be made easier, happier and much more God-successful in all you under­take. Stop right here and just for a moment try to feel the reality of these gifts which we have given you today and which are yours for all eternity. For they shall surely tangibly manifest for you whenever your outer self will fully accept them. These gifts are as real as life itself and far more precious than any things of this world you might receive. Besides, as you claim them, our gifts, which are of the eternal Spirit, shall remain with you forever to expand and expand and expand! Consciously call forth, acknowledge, affirm and acclaim this purple fiery heart and visualize it around yourself as well as around all whom you think of or contact. Abide there in our comforting violet flame of Cosmic Christ Peace and that complete trust and rest which comes with the realization of the omnipresence of Divine Love watching over you and yours every hour not only at Christmas but all through the years to come.
